Today, our modern wine cellar reflects the spirit of a united family that is the cornerstone on which the estate was built and occupies the rooms on the ground floor of the villa. As soon as our grapes are picked, they are immediately spread out on the sorting table and subjected to a second very careful selection process and only then can the wine making process begin.

The fermentation room holds large cylindrical vats containing musts of free run jus and where the vinfication process of our white wines takes place along with the 50 HL (2000 gallons) conical trunk vats specially made for the Poggio Rosso Estate, each with its own temperature control system. The barriques (casks) we use are made exclusively of French oak.
